We dedicate this page to all the heroes on the front lines of this pandemic. Thank you to all healthcare workers treating patients, as well as maintenance and ancillary staff providing support, help, and life's most basic necessities-- groceries, utilities, logistics, and transportation.
Finally, thank you to everyone staying home. Your actions protect our community and our world, especially those most vulnerable.

COVID-19 and Your Mental Health
The current COVID-19/Coronavirus pandemic has brought the world to a halt. Our sense of normalcy has been disrupted and how we are able to adapt and respond will vary widely. Many of us will be able to quickly create new routines and embrace the new normal. There will also be many of us that will or are experiencing elevated levels of stress, anxiety, and fear. And those of us already living with mental health conditions, this presents another level of mental health distress.
We at MHASF want to say that we understand and are here for you. We want you know that our combined efforts of self-quarantining will save lives. While physical social distancing is recommended, it does not mean we need to distance our selves from one another emotionally and mentally.
In these trying and honestly scary times, we want to help and support by doing what we do best, which is peer-to-peer support, information and referral, and holistic wellness strategies.
